「领盒饭」とは？

动词，（电影中的角色）死掉的意思。起源：一些超级不重要的群众演员，出场没几秒就死掉。连工资都没有，演完可以到场外拿盒饭当酬劳（例子见《喜剧之王》）。于是领盒饭就引申成为角色死掉的意思。跟“领便当”是同义词

ENVerb, meaning (a character in a movie) dies. Origin: Some super-unimportant extras who appear for only a few seconds and then die. They don't even get paid, and after acting, they can get a box lunch as a reward (see 'King of Comedy' for an example). So, 'lǐng héfàn' (to get a box lunch) has been extended to mean that a character has died. It is synonymous with 'lǐng biàndang' (to get a bento box).
